Today we harvested our Sixth Form Pumpkin.
We harvested the pumpkin from our College garden.
We scooped the seeds out of the pumpkin and put them to roast in the oven on a tray.
We cut the pumpkin in half and chopped it up.
We chopped up an onion and fried it in a little oil.
We put the pumpkin in a tray with the onion and a bit of oil, water and mixed herbs to cook.
We put it in the oven to bake for 45 minutes.
We used a hand blander to blend the pumpkin into a soup.

It is going to be eaten as part of our College lunch today.
