Pupils from Chestnut have returned from their residential trip to Heatree House in Dartmoor with many fun and happy memories! They spent 2 nights at Heatree where they took part in the activities on offer during the day. The went out on a bike trail through the forest as well as going through the assault courses.
During the evenings, the pupils and staff gathered around the campfire, learning forest skills and toasting food over the fire. It was a great few days for the pupils to bond with each other outside of the classroom and to use some of their skills in a practical manner.
The pupils behaved brilliantly and we can’t wait for next year’s residential!
