Chestnut Centre Residential April 28th – 30th

Chestnut Centre had its first residential this week with pupils staying at Grenville House in Brixham.

Grenville House is an Outdoor Education Centre located on Brixham promenade and its main objective is to provides the opportunity to appreciate ownership, mutual respect and teamwork.

All pupils took part in various activities and thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

Activities included: Open Canoeing, Improvised Raft Building, Power boating, High Ropes Course, Problem Solving and Low Ropes, and Abseiling.

It was a great experience for all our pupils to see them completing challenging tasks and working together as team as well as building confidence in themselves.

We are very proud of them all for coping with the different challenges faced by Grenville house. Well done boys!!
